Sometime I’m going to learn intervals so well I will recognize them either rising or descending.  During the past, I did not practice this stuff as I didn’t recognize how important it is.  Today, I plan to coach hard until I master it and can do it with my eyes shut and in my sleep.  I am ambitious!
